Just say No to EPIC

I've been on deviant art for over a year now and I've never made a journal entry, I guess I've never had anything overly interesting to say and I probably never will but here I go.
I have a problem I think it stems from being an English man mainly but I have an extream aversion to the word 'EPIC' it is far overused as a word for example the word 'EPIC' can no be used in an everyday contex to describe for example a sandwich a sandwich is by no means 'EPIC' as some may be led to beleive.
